Repair of Home Addition

A homeowner in Omaha discovered her house was suffering from foundation settlement.

Although work had been done on the foundation twice before, settlement issues were still popping up.  An add-on edition to the house had settled over the last several years, posing severe problems to the structure.  Wanting a reliable and permanent solution, and knowing something had to be done soon, she contacted Ram Jack of Omaha.  After evaluating the damages, Ram Jack proposed using six helical piles to stabilize the settling foundation.  In just two days time, on schedule, Ram Jack successfully installed the piles without any disruptions.  The home was left with a solid foundation solution and the homeowner was satisfied with a job well done.
